Chrissie Waite

Chrissie is a Peace Partners’ volunteer and a Peace Education Programme (PEP) contact for the UK.

After studying for a B.ED as a mature student, whilst bringing up her children, Chrissie worked as a primary teacher for many years.  Along with teaching skills, she has acquired organisational abilities which she finds invaluable in her current volunteering roles.

Through her work, Chrissie is enabling Peace Partners to establish PEP courses and to support those wishing to run the course themselves.  For this, she liaises closely with The Prem Rawat Foundation (TPRF).

Having concentrated efforts in the nearby borough of Croydon, Chrissie is excited about the exciting PEP possibilities that are opening up both locally and in many other parts of the country.
